PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for a skin scar treatment and a skin scar treating method using the same are provided to elaborately remove a recessed scar by temporarily removing elasticity of corium by injecting the composition into the corium and by flattening the area of the scar. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for a skin scar treatment comprises a mixture of botulinum toxic and air. The botulinum toxic is one or more type selected from toxic blood serum A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. The toxic and the air are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:0.1 to 1:10.
