The present invention relates to: a tibia fixation device, which is installed between open tibias during a high tibial osteotomy and can stably support the tibias； and a tibia fixating wedge used for the same. According to the present invention, the tibia fixation device includes: the tibia fixating wedge having a gap adjusting means, which is inserted into an incision of the tibia and can adjust a gap between an upper side and a lower side thereof which support an inner side of the tibia； and a tibia fixation plate that is formed in a planar shape with a predetermined thickness, has a lower side joined with the tibia fixation wedge, and is fixated on the surface of the tibia having the incision.본 발명은 경골 절골술시 개방된 경골 사이에 설치되어 안정적으로 경골을 지지할 수 있는 경골 고정기구 및 이에 사용되는 경골 고정 쐐기에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 경골 절골술용 경골 고정기구는 경골의 절개홈에 삽입되어 대향하는 경골 내측을 지지하는 상부면 및 하부면의 간극이 조절될 수 있는 간극조절수단을 구비하는 경골 고정 쐐기, 및 상기 경골 고정 쐐기가 하면에 결합된 소정 두께의 판 형태로 이루어져 절개홈이 형성된 경골 표면에 고정되는 경골 고정판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
