PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter reducing a burden on a wearer by stably covering a joint of the knee, the elbow, or the like with suitable power, and giving an excellent wearing sensation while hardly causing creases without affecting the outside of a garment.SOLUTION: The supporter 1 includes a stretchable cloth 2 for covering the joint of the elbow or the knee for carrying out bending and stretching exercise, and a restraining member 3 applied to the stretchable cloth to restrain the elongation of the stretchable cloth 2 associated with the bending and stretching motion of the joint.
