PURPOSE: A composition for prevention or treatment of brain disorder or viral diseases including a DRG2 inhibitor is provided to interrupt protein expression and activities or excessive expressing DRG2 gene in disease cells related to the viral disease or the brain disorder, thereby preventing protein condensation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for prevention or treatment of brain disorder or viral diseases comprises an expression inhibitor of the DRG 2 and developmentally regulated GTP-binding protein 2. The DRG2 gene is composed of the base sequence having the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). The expression inhibitor of the DRG2 gene is the anti-sense oligonucleotide for a gene marked by the sequence number 1, siRNA or shRNA. The expression inhibitor of the DRG2 gene has a coherence inhibition activity of the brain disorder induction protein or virus growth control activities. The viral disease is influenza, coiling, human immunodeficiency virus(HIV), herpes simplex, shingles, molluscum contagiosum, chicken pox, warts or hand-foot-and-mouth disease. A method for screening the material for preventing or treating the viral disease or the brain disorder comprises the following steps: contacting the sample for analyzing with the cell which includes the DRG2 gene or the DRG2 protein； measuring the amount of the DRG2 gene expression, amount of the DRG2 protein, and activities of the DRG2 protein； and judging the sample as the material for prevention or treatment of the viral diseases or the brain disorder in case the amount of the DRG2 gene expression, amount of the DRG2 protein, and activities of the DRG2 protein are decreased.본 발명은 DRG2 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 바이러스성 질환 또는 뇌질환의 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 DRG2(Developmentally regulated GTP-binding protein 2) 유전자의 발현 억제제 또는 DRG2 단백질의 활성 억제제를 포함하는 바이러스성 질환 또는 뇌질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물, 상기 조성물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 바이러스성 질환 또는 뇌질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물, 바이러스성 질환 또는 뇌질환의 발병을 예측 또는 진단하는 방법, 바이러스성 질환 또는 뇌질환의 예방 또는 치료용 물질을 스크리닝하는 방법 및 바이러스성 질환 또는 뇌질환의
