The back end of the thin tube (6) is connected with an inflating interface (7) provided with a one-way valve and provided for injecting the balloon with a fluid. After the balloon (2) is injected with the fluid via the inflating interface (7), an enclosed structure for blocking intestinal contents is formed between the balloon (2) and the intestine. A drainage port (4) for draining the intestinal contents through the pipe is provided on the drainage section (3). A pressure gauge for detecting the pressure on the intestinal wall by the balloon (2) is provided on the side of the inflating interface (7). The completely diverted intestinal fistula blocks the intestinal contents using the balloon of silica gel by controlling the pressure on the intestinal wall by the balloon of silica gel, so as to drain the intestinal contents through the fistula, achieving an effect of temporarily protecting a distal anastomotic stoma.
