Outer-edge regions (6LF, 6LB, 6RF, 6RB) in the longitudinal direction and interior-side edge regions (6LI, 6RI) of the leg-surrounding sheets are each joined in a state of no or little expansion, on one respective side of the crotch section, to bottom edge regions (4FB, 4BB) of the front and back sections and lateral edge regions (4CL, 4CR) of the crotch section. The leg-surrounding sheets are each provided with a notch (6LC, 6RC) for forming the leg-surrounding openings. Neither of the leg-surrounding sheet sections (6L, 6R) have wrinkles around the leg-surrounding opening thereof.
