PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breathing-tuning type gas supply device, which recognizes an inspiratory-phase start part and an expiratory-phase start part by using a respiratory-phase detecting means and supplies respiratory gas, for preventing dispersion of the respiratory phase of a patient, false recognition by disturbance such as the vibration of the supply device, wind, or the like, a sense of discomfort of the patient by false oxygen supply, and waste of the oxygen supply.SOLUTION: The breathing-tuning type gas supply device has a means to recognize the inspiratory-phase start part and the expiratory-phase start part, and controls an automatic on-off valve by a recognition means which does not perform the recognition of a following inspiratory-phase start part during the period from the recognition of the inspiratory-phase start part to the recognition of the expiratory-phase start part and during the passage of the predetermined time after the recognition of the expiratory-phase start part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】呼吸位相検知手段を用いて吸気相開始部、呼気相開始部を認識し呼吸気体を供給する装置において、患者の呼吸位相のばらつきや、供給装置の振動や風など外乱による誤認識、誤酸素供給による患者の不快感、酸素供給の無駄を防止する。【解決手段】吸気相開始部及び呼気相開始部を認識する手段を有し、吸気相開始部を認識してから呼気相開始部を認識するまでの間、及び呼気相開始部を認識してから予め定めた時間が経過するまでの間は次の吸気相開始部の認識を行わない認識手段による自動開閉弁制御を行うことを特徴とする呼吸同調型気体供給装置。【選択図】図2
