PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water gel medicament volatilizing body composition which can gel without blending an alkali agent and a mineral polymer, and can contain a lot of volatile chemicals, and is excellent in volatilization stability and persistence of a medicine.SOLUTION: The water gel medicament volatilizing body composition includes: (A) an anion in-oil distributed polymer composition in which an anion polymer is distributed by an oily component (B) a volatile chemical (C) water (D) and if necessary, solvents, pigments, a preservative, salts, an ultraviolet absorber, surfactants, a mineral polymer, an antioxidant, a gelling agent, a thickener, a natural deodorant, a synthetic deodorant, and other components such as stabilizer.
