A fingernail drill has a drill bit and a tip which is capable of drilling through a thickness of a fingernail. The tip extends longitudinally outwards from an abutment integrally formed with the drill bit, and the drill cannot drill past the abutment. The distance from the abutment to a distal end of the tip is such that the drill can drill through the thickness of the fingernail but cannot damage tissue under the fingernail. A kit is provided that includes the fingernail drill and a dispenser for dispensing a substance through a hole drilled by the fingernail drill.La présente invention concerne une perceuse à ongles présentant un foret et une pointe pouvant percer lépaisseur dun ongle. La pointe sétend longitudinalement vers lextérieur à partir dune butée formant partie intégrante du foret, et la perceuse ne peut pas percer au-delà de la butée. La distance entre la butée et une extrémité distale de la pointe est telle que la perceuse peut percer lépaisseur de longle mais ne peut pas endommager le tissu sous longle. Linvention concerne un kit qui comprend la perceuse à ongles et un distributeur permettant de distribuer une substance dans un trou percé par la perceuse à ongles.
