Two devices may be employed to provide a set.La présente invention a trait à un dispositif permettant de positionner un tunnel fémoral au cours dune reconstruction LCA, lequel dispositif comprend : un arbre doté dune lumière, la lumière définissant un axe longitudinal et une saillie décalée distale, au moins une partie de la saillie décalée distale sétendant de façon distale à partir de larbre allongé et un élément de référence latéral unique configuré pour référencer une partie de lanatomie dun patient, par exemple un LCA ou une partie de léchancrure fémorale, lélément de référence latéral étant situé sur le côté gauche ou le côté droit du dispositif, et, sur lautre côté des côtés gauche et droit du dispositif, le dispositif définit un espace vide. Il est possible dutiliser deux dispositifs afin dobtenir un ensemble.
