The present invention relates to an electronic prosthetic hand device capable of transmitting and receiving voice which improves quality of life of a patient who is not free to move by communication connecting the electronic prosthetic hand device and a mobile terminal. To this end, the electronic prosthetic hand device comprises: a communication part connected to the mobile terminal through short area communication a microphone part generating a voice signal a speaker part transmitting and outputting the voice signal and a control part connecting the communication part and the electronic prosthetic hand device, and controlling the microphone part and the speaker part.
