The present invention relates to a non-aqueous solubilized polyol solution of adenosine which is free of adenosine precipitation by using tocopherol nicotinate and a process for producing the same.The solution according to one embodiment of the present invention solubilizes adenosine by non-aqueous system using hydrotropic agents, tocopherol nicotinate and pentylene glycol, in order to use the water-soluble adenosine in a non-aqueous formulation. The adenosine nonaqueous solubilized polyol solution can be applied as a non-aqueous cosmetic preparation method.본 발명은 토코페롤 니코티네이트를 이용하여 아데노신의 석출 현상이 없는 아데노신 비수계 가용화 폴리올 용액 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 용액은, 수용성 아데노신을 비수계 제형에서 사용하기 위해 하이드로트로프 제제인 토코페롤 니코티네이트와 펜틸렌 글라이콜을 사용하여 아데노신을 비수계 가용화한다. 상기 아데노신 비수계 가용화 폴리올 용액은 비수계 화장료 제조방법으로서 응용될 수 있다.
