Medical devices for treating aneurysms in blood vessels include a hollow shaft for insertion into a blood vessel, an outlet port at the distal end of the shaft, a biasing element, and a position sensor. The hollow shaft surrounds a wire-insertion channel to guide the wire to be inserted into the aneurysm. The outlet port is configured to take the wire out of the wire-insertion channel and put it into the aneurysm. The biasing element is configured to deflect the wire from the wire-insertion channel to the exit port while positioned adjacent the exit port.
