Then, the imaging apparatus performs a predetermined controlling by performing controlling to exclude, from a predetermined processing target, image data corresponding to the pixel information read by the sensor during a first one frame period of the illumination period, while on the other hand by acquiring image data corresponding to the pixel information read by the sensor during other frame period of the illumination period among the pixel information read by the sensor in each frame.
