When exceeding, it is characterized in that the warning generating device is operated and the plowing operation is waited until the reference weight, and the plowing operation is only started when the reference weight is reached.본 발명은 작업자 탑승이 가능한 안전 트랙터용 쟁기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 트랙터 후방에 부착되는 쟁기에 작업자가 탑승이 가능하도록 하되, 안전을 위하여 작업자가 쟁기에 앉은 상태에서는 쟁기작업이 이루어 지지않도록 쟁기의 중량를 감지하여 경고음을 발생하는 작업자 탑승이 가능한 안전 트랙터용 쟁기에 관한 것이다.이를 위하여 본 발명은 트랙터에 연결하여 사용 및 쟁기 작업에 사용되는 쟁기날을 일정 간격으로 고정 설치하기 위한 쟁기틀을 포함하는 트랙터용 쟁기에 있어서, 상기 쟁기틀 상면에는 복수의 중량감지 센서 및 경고발생장치가 형성되고, 상기 쟁기틀 상면에 쟁기와 탈부착 가능하도록 적층되게 결합되는 평판플레이트를 형성함으로써, 중량감지센서가 평판플레이트의 중량을 감지한 상태를 기준 중량으로 판단하고, 쟁기작업 개시시 기준 중량을 초과하는 경우 경고발생장치를 가동시키고, 기준 중량일때까지 쟁기작업을 대기하고 있다가 기준중량일때 비로소 쟁기작업을 개시하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
