To provide a stick-shaped lip cosmetic that has excellent sense of use (soft feel to the skin, no greasiness and feeling of smoothness in application etc.), shape preserving property in use (shape changes such as bending and breaking etc., in use), stick molding and temperature stability with time etc., and provides the lips with excellent gloss.
SOLUTION: The stick-shaped lip cosmetic comprises (A) 5-10 mass% of a solid oil containing 5-10 mass% of a polyethylene wax in the total amount of the stick-shaped lip cosmetic, (B) 75-85 mass% of a liquid or semisolid oil containing 30-70 mass% of a high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil in the total amount of the stick-shaped lip cosmetic and (C) 3-10 mass% of thin leaf collected powder composed of petal-like powder and/or tubular powder.
