PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle array device for freely selecting the number and the pitch of microneedles and producing less molding defects.SOLUTION: The microneedle array device includes: a lower case provided with an opening and also provided with an opening for fluid supply an upper case installed so as to close the opening of the lower case and provided with a through-hole an internal block housed and arranged between the lower case and the upper case, provided with a microneedle array housing recess and provided with a fluid supply port and a fluid discharge port the microneedle array housed and arranged inside the microneedle array housing recess of the internal block, respectively and provided with the microneedles and a flow path groove provided between the lower case and the internal block.
