PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic culturing device in a hydroponic culture capable of performing works from sowing to packaging almost without using human hands by automatizing machines used of reach of the treatments and those linking these treatments. SOLUTION: This automatic culturing device in a hydroponic culture comprises a seedling growth box circulating part 1, a culturing bar-circulating and conveying part, a packaging device 40, and a crafting device 51. The seedling growth box circulating part 1 for automatically making the seedling growth box a round, is constituted with a culturing medium-supplying part 2, a culture medium-cutting part 3, a sowing part 4 for sowing seeds into a hole in the medium, conveying devices 5, 6, a first, second and third rows of seedling growth boxes 7a, 7b, 7c and a conveying device 8 for returning seedling growth box emptied by a permanent planting to the culturing medium-supplying part 2. The culturing bar-circulating and conveying part for automatically making the culturing bars a round, is constituted with a permanently planting part for transporting the seedling on the culturing bar, a first to a fourth stages 21-24 for setting spacing intervals between the culturing bars in accordance with the growth of crops and for growing the crops, a harvesting part 30 and a conveying device 13 of returning the culturing bars emptied by the harvest to the permanently planting part, or the like.
