PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine registration device and a program therefor capable of outputting advisability of the charging for medicines in an identifiable form.SOLUTION: A medicine registration device includes: input means reading means registration means and output means. The input means receives an input of identification information capable of identifying a medicine. The reading means reads medicine information having the identification information whose input is accepted by the input means from the storage part for storing the medicine information relating to the medicine containing information of the advisability of the charging showing whether or not the price of the medicine can be charged. The registration means registers the medicine information read by the reading means as the medicine used.
