The present invention relates to an assembled needle set for injecting liquid medicines. The assembled needle set has features of supplying the liquid medicines into blood by an outer needle with only one-time injection without replacing an inner needle which is injected into the outer needle. The assembled needle set comprises a body part of a hollow tube, the outer needle of a flexible material and the inner needle of a rigid material. The body part of the hollow tube is connected to a container having the medical liquid medicines and the liquid medicine is transmitted to the body part of the hollow tube. The outer needle of the flexible material is inserted into the blood wherein an invasion hole is formed on the side of the outer needle and the outer needle emits the liquid medicines to the invasion hole or an end of the outer needle. The inner needle of the rigid material is injected into the invasion hole and withdrawn after guiding a front end of the tube into the blood.본 발명은, 외침에 주사되는 내침의 교체 없이 일회성 주사만으로 외침이 약액을 혈관 내로 공급할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형의 약액 공급용 니들 세트에 관한 것으로, 의료용 약액이 담지된 용기와 연결되어 상기 약액이 전달되는 중공의 튜브 몸체부와, 혈관 내로 삽입되며 측면에 침습홀이 형성되어 상기 침습홀 또는 말단으로 상기 약액을 분출하는 튜브 선단부를 갖는 유연한 소재의 외침； 및 상기 침습홀로 주사되어 상기 튜브 선단부를 혈관 내로 가이드한 뒤 인출되는 강성 소재의 내침을 포함한다.
