PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean water generation apparatus which is downsized and furthermore allows the operation cost thereof to be reduced.SOLUTION: A clean water generation apparatus 1 comprises: an evaporation part 11 having a distillation membrane 10 a supply circuit 12 for supplying raw water to the primary side of the distillation membrane 10 of the evaporation part 11 a discharge circuit 13 for discharging the vapor generated on the secondary side of the distillation membrane 10 and a heat exchanger 14 for exchanging heat between the raw water in the supply circuit 12 and the steam in the discharge circuit 13.
