This pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is a flexible pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for mounting health devices to the skin, and comprises: a health device affixing portion which is the portion onto which a health device is affixed； a pressure-sensitive adhesion portion for adhering to the skin； a first peeling paper which is peelably affixed to the health device affixing portion； and a second peeling paper, the outer boundary of which is approximately the same shape and the same size as the outer boundary of the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion, and which is peelably affixed to the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion so as to surround the first peeling paper.
