PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning endoscope in which electrical wiring is easy in spite of the compact design.SOLUTION: An optical scanning endoscope includes a support member: a vibration member supported by the support member an optical fiber attached to the vibration member, the optical fiber having emission end from which irradiation light is emitted and a plurality of conductive means having elasticity. In this composition, the vibration member has a first electrode formation surface in which a first electrode group is formed, and the support member has a second electrode formation surface in which a second electrode group having second electrodes corresponding, on one-to-one basis, to each of the plurality of first electrodes that the first electrode group has is formed.
