PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trace element preparation to be administered to a patient causing iron overload when administered with the trace element preparation containing the iron because of the increase of an iron stock in the body.SOLUTION: There is provided the trace element preparation free from the iron and stably containing manganese, zinc, copper and iodine.
