The seeder (30) has wheels (33) for connection to the ground, and a reservoir (38) for storing seeds to be sown. A turbine (40) includes an air inlet connected to a seed distribution unit (39), and an air extraction conduit (42) connected to an air discharge outlet (41), where an end of the air extraction conduit leads out to face the ground. A deflector (44) damps and diverts the flow of air coming from the air extraction conduit, where the deflector is placed downstream from the end of the air extraction conduit.
