PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplement composition for aiming at improving prognosis of cancer patients in which docosahexaenoic acid is enhanced, the docosahexaenoic acid increasing resolvin D1 levels in blood and lowering CRP value in blood.SOLUTION: In supplement compositions for cancer-bearing patients that contain docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid that are ω-3 system polyunsaturated fatty acid, a composition for increasing resolvin D1 levels in blood is provided, wherein the content of the docosahexaenoic acid is enhanced in the ratio of docosahexaenoic acid: eicosapentaenoic acid of 95:5-85:15, the daily recommended dose is in the range of 1-5 g, and the reduction of CRP value in blood of cancer patients can be aimed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 癌患者の予後の改善を図るための、血中レゾルビンD1濃度を上昇させ、血中CRP値を低下させる、ドコサヘキサエン酸を強化したサプリメント組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】 ω‐3系列の多価不飽和脂肪酸であるドコサヘキサエン酸及びエイコサペンタエン酸を含有する、担癌患者用サプリメント組成物において、ドコサヘキサエン酸の含有量を強化した、血中レゾルビンD1濃度を上昇させるための組成物であり、ドコサヘキサエン酸:エイコサペンタエン酸の比率を95:5~85:15であるドコサヘキサエン酸の含有量を強化し、1日推奨摂取量として、1~5gの範囲であるサプリメント組成物であり、癌患者の血中CRP値の低下が図れる組成物である。【選択図】 図5
