Provided are a resin composition, resin composition contains a polypropylene-based resin (a) and a hydrogenated block copolymer (b). The hydrogenated block copolymer (b) is a hydrogenation product of a block copolymer containing: polymer blocks (A) that contain mainly structural units derived from an aromatic vinyl compound； and polymer blocks (B) that contain mainly structural units derived from isoprene, structural units derived from butadiene, or structural units derived from a mixture of isoprene and butadiene. The glass transition temperature of the hydrogenated block copolymer (b) is -50 DEG C to -35 DEG C.
