The present invention relates to a feeding apparatus installed together with a fish farm to feed cultured fish and, more particularly, to a submersible upward feeding apparatus for aquaculture using a feed bag wherein a feed outlet at the lower end of a feed bag is watertightly mounted into the feed discharge pipe of the bottom surface of a holding case by sinking down the feed bag into the holding case installed on seabed; a feed dispensing pipe including a valve device, a vacuum forming pipe including a pump device and a seawater input pipe including a valve device are connected sequentially from the exit side of the feed discharge pipe; a feed supply pipe is connected to the seawater input pipe to extend to the center of the lower side of a fish farm net; and feed supply into the vacuum forming pipe using difference in pressure after opening the feed outlet using negative pressure and floating feed supply into the fish farm net by seawater supply are enabled to be performed sequentially and repeatedly by each of the valve devices and the pump device by connecting the valve devices and the pump device to a control buoy containing a battery and a control device. Accordingly, uniform growth of cultured fish is promoted by upward distributing feed supply that is the most proper for the feed supply of cultured fish; feed supply by difference in pressure is facilitated by inducing natural contraction of the feed bag by water pressure; and the feed bag can be replaced easily after depletion of stored feed.본 발명은 수상가두리와 함께 설치되어 양식어류의 먹이를 공급토록 한 사료공급장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 해저면에 설치된 홀딩케이스의 내부로 사료저장백을 가라앉혀 사료저장백 하단측의 사료배출구가 홀딩케이스 바닥면의 사료배출관 내부로 수밀 가능하게 장착되도록 하고, 상기 사료배출관의 출구측으로부터 밸브기구를 구비하는 사료분배관과 펌프기구를 구비하는 진공조성관과 밸브기구를 구비하는 해수투입관을 순차적으로 연결시키며, 상기 해수투입관에는 가두리그물의 하부측 중심부까지 연장되는 사료공급관을 연결시키고, 상기 밸브기구와 펌프기구는 배터리 및 제어기구가 내장된 컨트롤부이와 접속시킴으로서, 부압을 이용한 사료배출구의 개방 이후 압력차를 이용한 진공조성관으로의 사료공급과, 해수공급에 의한 가두리그물 내부로의 부상식 사료공급이 각각의 밸브기구 및 펌프기구에 의하여 순차적으로 반복 수행될 수 있도록 하며, 이로 인하여 양식어류의 먹이공급에 가장
