PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide that can efficiently induce cancer immunity, a composition containing the peptide, an antigen presentation cell presenting the peptide, a T cell stimulated by the antigen presentation cell, a composition using the peptide and the cell, a pharmaceutical composition, a pharmaceutical preparation and an antitumor medicine, a peptide identification method useful for cancer immunotherapy and a screening method.SOLUTION: A target composition, antigen presentation cell, T cell and antitumor medicine are prepared using a peptide composed of DYGMIDESI (sequence number 1). A method for detecting whether application of a peptide composed of an amino acid sequence having one-several amino acid variations in the DYGMIDESI (sequence number 1) to cancer immunotherapy is right or wrong or a method for screening a target peptide is provided.
