The device comprises: a pressure unit consisting of a plurality of pressure plates curvedly formed to be in contact with cheeks of a user when wearing the device, and a center connecting ring connecting a plurality of pressure plates each other and arranged ahead of a nose of the user； a band unit in which one side is fixed on the pressure plate and the other side is enlarged and formed in a curved form to cover the head of the user so that the pressure plates are pressurized to cheeks of the user； and a separation prevention unit consisting of a support member in which one end is fixed on the pressure plate and the other end is straightly arranged by being located on the front than the band unit to prevent the pressure plates from being separated from the face of the user, and a shoulder member connecting lower ends of a plurality of pressure plates each other and hung on a chin of the user.
