PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preparing, from blood cells taken from a patient, dendritic cells in a number optimum for the immune therapy by proliferating dendritic cells or precursor cells thereof in vitro.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for dendritic cell transplantation therapy of the invention comprises dendritic cells prepared by a process comprising the steps of: removing mononuclear cells from the blood cells taken from a subject removing T cells from the mononuclear cells culturing the rest of the cells after the removal of T cells from the mononuclear cells in a culture medium containing GM-CSF and SCF. The step of culturing the rest of the cells after the removal of T cells from the mononuclear cells in a culture medium containing GM-CSF and SCF is included in the process in some cases.
