Systems and methods are disclosed that use optical coherence tomography for identity authentication. Embodiments include fingerprint verification, iris scan verification and face scan verification. A preferred embodiment uses an optical coherence tomography system with at least one additional two- or three-dimensional imaging of fingerprints, iris or facial biological indicia.
