The present invention relates to an apparatus for strengthening oculomotor capacity using three dimensional (3D) content which performs eye movement by tracing the 3D content displayed on a display unit. The apparatus for strengthening oculomotor capacity using 3D content comprises a storing unit in which 3D content data corresponding to the 3D content is stored a 3D engine which plays the 3D content data in order to display the 3D content on the display unit and an operation control unit which controls the 3D engine in order for the 3D content data to be displayed on the display unit as 3D content.
