PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable crystal form of an oxadiazole compound that exhibits orexin receptor antagonism and can be obtained as a simple crystal having a constant quality with good reproducibility, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a crystal having at least one of the following physical properties of (a) to (c), and a method for producing the crystal. The producing method comprises: dissolving N-ethyl-N-{(2S)-1-[5-(5-fluoropyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-oxadiazole-3-yl]propane-2-yl}-5-methyl-2-(2H-1,2,3-triazole-2-yl)benzamide into lower alcohol or the like crystallizing from the solution and drying the resulting crystal. The physical properties are (a) having peaks at 2θ=14.9, 20.8, 24.9, and 26.8 degrees on a powder X-ray diffraction spectrum (Cu-Kα) thereof (b) having a melting point of 138 to 143°C and (c) having characteristic absorption bands at 1631, 1623, 1365, 1235, 951, and 819 cm-1 on the infrared absorption spectrum thereof.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】オキシレン受容体拮抗作用を示し、一定品質を有する単一の結晶として再現性良く得られる、オキサジアゾール化合物の安定な結晶形及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】N-エチル-N-{(2S)-1-[5-(5-フルオロピリジン-2-イル)-1,2,4-オキサジアゾール-3-イル]プロパン-2-イル}-5-メチル-2-(2H-1,2,3-トリアゾール-2-イル)ベンズアミドを低級アルコール等に溶解後、結晶化、乾燥させた、下記(a)~(c)の物性の少なくとも1つを有する結晶及びその製造方法。(a)粉末X線回折(Cu-Kα)で、2θ=14.9,20.8,24.9及び26.8度のピーク;(b)融点が138~143℃;(c)赤外線吸収スペクトルで、特性吸収帯が1631、1623、1365、1235、951及び819cm-1。【選択図】図1
