PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle ball forming and bagging device that can surely prevent a failure caused by contact thereof with a carriage and the like, and yet reduce time required for set-up change.SOLUTION: A storage space S2 is provided inside a cradle 5, and an entrance part 5a which communicates with the storage space S2 is formed at a side of the cradle 5. The cradle 5 supports a rounding machine 3. A bagging machine 6 has a bag setting part 62 which sets a bag 11 into which a noodle ball 10b is put and four casters 64. The bagging machine 6 can be put in and out from the storage space S2 through the entrance part 5a by rolling the casters 64.
