The method for cultivating lily bulbs according to the present invention comprises: a collecting step of collecting scales from bulbs a sowing step of sowing the collected scales in a lily propagation box filled with vermiculite with 70% moisture content as a filler and a growing step of performing first spraying of a fertilizer mixed with osmocote and then performing second spraying thereof, 90 days after the first spray, while the lily propagation box is maintained at a temperature of 20-25°C, wherein, in the sowing step, any one among a single medium of coco peat, perlite, and peat moss, or a 1:1 mixed media of coco peat and perlite, coco peat and peat moss, perlite and peat moss, and coco peat and peat moss, is used.
