Further, it is possible by suppressing the function of LPG, to suppress the repulsion of LPG for axonal outgrowth of neuronal cells expressing TrkA, inhibits molecular features and LPG, in nerve damage, etc. It has been found that it can be a composition for promoting the repair of neural circuits.神経細胞の軸索伸長に対して反発的な作用を示す因子を同定することを目的とし、リゾホスファチジルグルコシド(LPG)が、NGFの受容体であるTrkAを発現している神経細胞に特異的なDRG感覚ニューロンの軸索誘導に対する化学反発物質としての活性を有していることを見出した。また、LPGの機能を抑制することにより、TrkAを発現している神経細胞の軸索伸長に対するLPGの反発作用を抑制することが可能であり、LPGの機能を抑制する分子が、神経傷害等における神経回路の修復を促進するための組成物となりうることを見出した。
