PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises of a pruning machine used for pruning trees or grass.SOLUTION: The pruning machine includes: a hole 41c bored in a gear 41 which rotates with the power received from a motor 31 a pin 47 erected in an upper cam 44 and a lower cam 45 for operating an upper blade 51 and a lower blade 52 for pruning, and having an outer peripheral part 47a whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the hole 41c and a narrow part 47b whose outer diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the outer peripheral part 47a and an O-ring 48 as an elastic member interposed between the hole 41c and the narrow part 47b.
