The present invention relates to composition of an anti-aging external application skin preparation, containing cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and natto gum as active ingredients and, more particularly, to a composition of an external application skin preparation, containing a mixture of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and natto gum, thereby exhibiting a collagenase inhibition effect. Lorsque la composition de préparation de la peau pour application externe, selon la présente invention, est utilisée, il y a dexcellents effets anti-oxydants tels que lélimination efficace de radicaux libres, qui sont nocifs pour la peau, et dexcellents effets anti-vieillissement tels que le renforcement de lélasticité de la peau et le soulagement des rides par linhibition de lexpression et de lactivité de la collagénase.본 발명은 시아니딘글루코사이드 및 낫토검을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항노화용 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 시아니딘글루코사이드와 낫토검을 혼합하여 함유함으로써 콜라겐 분해효소 억제 효과를 나타내는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 피부 외용제 조성물을 사용하는 경우, 피부에 유해한 자유라디칼이 효과적으로 제거되는 등의 우수한 항산화 효과가 있고, 콜라겐 분해효소의 발현 및 활성이 억제되어 피부 탄력이 강화되고 주름이 개선되는 등의 우수한 항노화 효과가 있다.
