PURPOSE: A cooling case for raw oyster is provided to prevent the raw oyster in an embedded oyster groove from being pressed or damaged by a support member even if the raw oyster is vertically deposited and kept in a cold storage. CONSTITUTION: An oyster groove(11) is formed to keep a plurality of raw oyster on the top surface of the flat board(10) of a cooling case(100) for the raw oyster. A support member(12), protruded upwardly from the top surface of the flat board, is formed between embedded oyster grooves. A concave groove is formed on the top surface of the support member. A support protrusion(13) is formed on the bottom surface of the flat board to be inserted into the concave groove of the support member. The length of the support protrusion is longer than the depth of the concave groove of the support member to separate the space between the top and bottom cooling cases. A protruded edge(14) is formed on the peripheral part of the flat board. The cross section of the embedded oyster groove is rectangular, or both sides of the embedded oyster groove are roundly formed.본발명은 생굴 냉각 케이스에 관한 것으로 평판(10) 상면에 다수 개의 생굴을 내장하는 굴내장홈(11)이 형성되어, 상기 굴내장홈(11)들에 생굴을 내장한 후 냉장고에 보관하는 용도로 사용되는 생굴 냉각 케이스(100)에 있어서, 상기 평판(10)의 굴내장홈(11)과 굴내장홈(11) 사이에는 평판(10) 상면에서 상부로 일정 길이 돌출되는 지지부재(12)가 일체로 형성되어, 두 개의 생굴 냉각 케이스를 서로 상하로 적층할시, 상기 지지부재(12)에 의해 두 개의 생굴 냉각 케이스가 이격되어, 굴내장홈(11) 안의 생굴이 눌러지지 않아 손상되지 않게 되는 것으로,본발명은 생굴 냉각 케이스의 굴내장홈에 생굴을 담은 후 상하로 적층하여 냉장보관하더라도 지지부재에 의해 굴내장홈 내부의 생굴이 눌리거나 손상되지 않아서, 제품보존이 양호하고, 보존기간이 길므로 경제적이며, 또한 사용하지 않을 시는 상호 겹쳐서 적층이 가능하여 보관면적을 줄이고 물류비를 적게할 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
