CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains fish eye extract as an active ingredient, which is prepared by extra high voltage at 100-3000MPa of pressure and 40-90 Deg. C. for 5-60 minutes. The extract is prepared by purified water, methane, ethanol, glycerin, ethyl acetate, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, dichloromethane, or hexane. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of lotion, gel, water soluble liquid, cream, essence, O/W type and W/O type basic cosmetic formation, foundation, skin cover, lipstick, eye shadow, and eye brow.본 발명은 어류(참치(참다랑어), 고등어)의 눈(안구)을 분리하여 초고압 처리하여 어류 눈 추출물을 추출하는 방법과 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 신선한 어류를 냉동하여 어류의 눈을 육질과 분리한 다음 냉동된 어류 눈을 압력 100～3000MPa, 온도 40～90℃에서 5～60분간을 처리하는 초고압 추출법을 이용하여 어류 눈 추출물을 수득하는 방법과 이를 주요 활성성분으로 0.0001 내지 30.0 중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이는 피부 미백 효과, 피부 탄력 개선 효과가 우수하고, 피부 보습효과, 세포활성화 효과가 우수하여 피부 재생 및 상처 치유 효능이 뛰어나며 자극완화 효과가 있는 다기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
