PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dosage counter for a medicine that is administered with or remains in a metered dose inhaler.SOLUTION: A dosage counter comprises: a first gear wheel 30 that has circumferentially-arranged ratchet teeth 32； a display unit that is connected to the first gear wheel, is capable of interlocking in response to rotational movement of the first gear wheel and has a list of dosage count marks； an actuator mechanism 118 that has a first ratchet drive claw for engaging with the ratchet teeth of the first gear wheel in response to administration of a dose of medicine； and a second ratchet drive claw 132 for engaging with ratchet teeth of a gear wheel connected to the display unit. In the actuator mechanism, when the dosage counter is used, the first ratchet teeth of the first gear wheel are engaged with the first ratchet claw and are rotatively driven, and the second ratchet teeth of the gear wheel 130 connected to the display unit are engaged with the second ratchet drive claw and are rotatively driven.【課題】計量式吸入器によって投与される薬剤又は計量式吸入器に残っている薬剤の用量カウンタを提供する。【解決手段】用量カウンタは、周囲に配置されたラチェット歯３２を有する第１ギアホイール３０と、第１ギアホイールに連結され、第１ギアホイールの回転移動に応答して連動可能な用量カウント印の一覧列挙を有する表示装置と、薬剤一服の投与に応答して第１ギアホイールのラチェット歯に係合するための第１ラチェットドライブ爪を有するアクチュエータ機構１１８と、表示装置に連結されたギアホイールのラチェット歯に係合するための第２ラチェットドライブ爪１３２とを備え、アクチュエータ機構は、用量カウンタを使用する際に、第１ギアホイールの第１ラチェット歯は、第１ラチェットドライブ爪で係合され回転駆動され、表示装置に連結されたギアホイール１３０の第２ラチェット歯は、第２ラチェットドライブ爪で係合され回転駆動される。【選択図】図５
