PURPOSE: A composition containing umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells is provided to induce chemotactic activity of the mesenchymal stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A composition for transferring anti-tumor gene or product there contains umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells. One or IL-8 and GRO-alpha is expressed in brain tumor. The umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cell is used for transferring gene or product thereof to brain tumor. The anti-tumor gene is tumor suppressor gene, apoptosis inducing factor gene, cell cycle regulation gene or angiogenesis inhibitor gene.
