The present invention was developed in relation to a technique needed in construction business, which, in order to provide waterproofing and anticorrosion effects to a building, prepares special components and sprays the same on the outer wall of buildings, rather than painting the same. By applying the spraying method, the present invention has developed a coating agent that temporarily attaches to the body of livestock to kill parasites such as ticks and lice. By incorporating in the coating agent, a metal material repelling invertebrate organisms in an amount that is harmless to livestock, and forming the same into a viscous topical coating material usable in the livestock industry. Conventionally, various chemicals or feed additives designed to be delivered from the body of the livestock to the skin parasites when such parasites suck blood from the livestock have been used, however, the methods were found to be harmful to humans when humans consume the meat of eggs of the livestock, and hence are now prohibited. In this context, the present invention provides an alternative to such methods. Consequently, the present invention resolves the problem associated with the fact that many chemical products currently distributed are now prohibited, and cannot be sprayed on livestock, particularly, on poultry, thus causing much hindrance in the poultry industry.
