PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anomaly monitor for an electric apparatus to monitor a plurality of monitoring object parts by controlling the directivity of an antenna, thus determining an anomaly occurrence point.SOLUTION: This anomaly monitor includes: an array antenna 20 comprising a plurality of patch antennas for detecting an electromagnetic wave concurring with partial discharge arising from insulation anomaly in a plurality of high-voltage generation parts or high-voltage impression parts of an electric apparatus phase converters 63 connected to the patch antennas for shifting the phases of outputs of the patch antennas a controller 64 for controlling the phase shift amounts of the phase converters 63 according to the directions of the generation parts or the impression parts from the respective patch antennas and a compositor 65 for together compositing the outputs of the patch antennas including the outputs of the patch antennas with the shift amounts controlled.
