PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope insertion aid simplifying and facilitating operation, and being able to reduce agony to a patient.SOLUTION: An endoscope insertion aid for safely and smoothly inserting/extracting an endoscope into/from a body lumen includes: a tubular body having a lumen and a deformable closing member provided in a tip part of the tubular body. The closing member is deformed along an outer shape of the endoscope so as to eliminate a gap between the endoscope and the tubular body when inserting the endoscope into the lumen. Thereby, because eliminating the gap between the endoscope and the tubular body in the tip part when inserting the endoscope, the endoscope insertion aid prevents damage to mucosa to reduce agony to a subject.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】操作を簡便にし、かつ、患者への苦痛を軽減させることができる内視鏡挿入補助具を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の内視鏡挿入補助具は、内視鏡を体内管腔に安全かつスムーズに挿入・抜去するものである。この内視鏡挿入補助具は、内腔を有する管状本体と、管状本体の先端部に設けられた変形可能な閉塞部材とを備える。閉塞部材は、内腔に内視鏡を挿入したときに内視鏡と管状本体との隙間を埋めるように内視鏡の外形に沿って変形する。これにより、内視鏡挿入時に先端部において内視鏡と管状本体との隙間を埋めることができるため、粘膜の損傷を防止し被験者への苦痛を軽減することができる。【選択図】図1
