PURPOSE: A semi-manual gait rehabilitation device is provided to enable users who have weak muscular strength to easily perform walk rehabilitation training. CONSTITUTION: A semi-manual gait rehabilitation device comprises: a pair of stages(30,50) which correspond to left and right feet of a user and move on walking locus； a stage driving part controlling the vertical position and horizontal position of the stages； one or more load cells(260,265) which measure the load which is applied to the left and right feet of the user； and a central control part(250) which determines one of the traveling direction and speed of the stages and controls the stage driving part.반수동적 보행 훈련(semi-passive gait rehabilitation training)을 가능하게 하는 보행 재활 장치가 개시된다. 반수동적 보행 재활 장치는 사용자의 좌우측 발에 각각 상응하며, 적어도 하나의 보행 궤적 상에서 이동하는 한 쌍의 발판들, 중앙 제어부의 제어하에 발판들의 수직 위치 및 수평 위치를 조절하는 발판 구동부, 발판들 상에 설치되어 사용자의 발이 발판들에 가하는 부하를 측정하기 위한 적어도 하나의 로드셀, 및 발판들 상에 가해진 부하를 분석하여 발판들의 이동 방향 및 속도 중 적어도 하나를 결정하고, 결정에 기반하여 발판 구동부를 제어하는 중앙 제어부를 포함한다. 본 발명을 이용하면, 자유로운 신체 활동이 부자연스러운 사용자도 적은 힘으로서 온전한 보행 훈련을 수행할 수 있으므로, 뇌의 신호 전달 능력이 개선되는 것은 물론, 근육 훈련의 효과도 배가됨으로써 훈련 효과가 극대화된다.
