The invention discloses an application of high-frequency current for treating the OSA. The parameter of the high-frequency current ranges from 50 uA to 150 uA, the frequency ranges from 50 Hz to 280 Hz, and wave width is a 0.3 ms square wave； the lasting time of lateral habenular nucleus stimulation is 30 min. The application of the high-frequency current for treating the OSA has the advantages that more 5-HT is released by a raphe nucleus, genioglossus contraction and pharyngeal cavity enlargement are facilitated, the purpose of treating OSA is achieved, OSA is eliminated fundamentally, and the troubles of wearing a breathing machine and conducting an operation are avoided.
