PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measurement device and a concentration measurement method, allowing high-accuracy calculation of an oxygen saturation degree even if noise is mixed in a detection signal.SOLUTION: A concentration measurement device 1 measures the temporal relative change amounts of the total hemoglobin concentration of a head and an oxygenated hemoglobin concentration.
