A composition is disclosed for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy, in particular the pain associated therewith and mixed pain. In particular, the composition according to the invention comprises at least one endocannabinoid, at least one phytoterpene, and at least one component selected from alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin D and mixtures thereof, which have been shown to be significantly effective as adjuvants in the treatment of the inflammation underlying neuropathic and mixed pain.L'invention concerne une composition pour le traitement de la neuropathie périphérique, en particulier de la douleur associée à celle-ci et de la douleur mixte.
